Stuck in KY

For those that have been sitting in KY, my VVR updated today. Might want to check with your dealer.

Ford’s Tracker just changed to “Shipped”. No email yet. So maybe in 30 days I will see it. I will get with dealer tomorrow and get VVR and railcar number so I can track it without having her look every week.

My truck has now been sitting at the destination rail yard for longer than it took to get from KTP to Houston and the route here started by going North for a couple hours. It's 45 min away just waiting to be loaded on a truck. Ordered 6/2.

what did the number say about your railcar? Mine is at "constructively placed"

I was getting responses like Arrived with a station and time then "No ETA". That to me meant it was staying there for some period of time. Then there were a bunch of Departed with a station and time and still no ETA. I thought that could be a station they had just passed through and still moving. The last response was something like "delivered to customer location" which I think it the rail yard it's in now waiting to be loaded on a car hauler for the last leg.

Mines been the same for almost 48 hours now. When I look the meaning up it means the carrier turned it away and so it sits. The guy at csx told me they put it off to where it gets unloaded. I'll have to call tomorrow

question for those who have received their trucks, did you see the date change on the bottom of the WS when the truck was put on a transport truck to go from the rail yard to the dealer?

I didn't. Window sticker date was 12/4, which I think was the day after it was invoiced. It then changed to 12/11 and was built that day. Received a notice on 12/13 that it had been "shipped" on the Ford tracker with an estimated delivery date of 12/22 - 12/28 but the sticker bottom date remained at 12/11. Then the sticker changed to 12/19 and I don't really know why. Next notice that I got was that it had arrived at the dealer on 12/20. But in talking to the sales manager, it hadn't been there when he left work on 12/20. He figured it came after business hours. I picked it up the afternoon of 12/21. I know that the truck had to have left Kentucky before 12/19 because it sure was not getting to the NY/Canada border in a day via rail and then a transport truck for the last leg.

We had tried to find some meaning to that date. Other than than the first date (date WS first created) it seems it changes about ever 7 days. I have had 5 dates since my first WS.
