Well, I'm at the mercy of my dealer to give me updates since they screwed up my email on the order and say they can't fix it (sounds bogus to me). No word from them in a couple of weeks. First had build week of 11/1, then 10/25, then 11/1, then 11/8, then 11/15. Tracker still shows me as being "in order processing", so I assume I've been bumped again. The weird thing is now that on the spreadsheet most of my data is just missing. Who knows what that means.

I’m posting a couple images the two together show you what my confirmation letter said. And if the dealership wants to update your email, they can. I would not think they would lie to you or shine you on but they may not know how. Good luck going forward
Mach-E shows delivered but the spreadsheet data was removed. The spreadsheet showed in transit for a few weeks and not all fields are empty. Does this make any sense?

I suspect that for all those blank lines, there is something that the spreadsheet can't read so is failing the synchronization on those lines. PheonixFLA usually does maintenance on the sheet on Monday's so will probably get sorted out later today.
Truck shipped 10/20 was supposed to arrive 11/3 to 11/9. today is 11/15 and still waiting. This is driving me nuts! And the dealer just says we have no way to track it, it will get here when it gets here.

i think the dealer is too busy or just doesn’t feel he or she gets paid enough or, worst case, they are just slothful. Hope not…
What ever the thing is, I see this post come way too often.
I do know that some salesmen and their managers do get very busy. But, then again, there is the off chance that maybe something you did or said rubbed them the wrong way. You could be the nicest person in the world. It happens. You might not even know. In that case, you need to work with them to make right what ever went wrong. Then they can get back to working with you…
The hard part of your job now is to find out what is going on with your salesman or dealership and if they can’t or won’t help you. Find another way.
My truck went into in production but no email from ford notifying me. All trackers say in production. Im surprised no email from ford they have been very good until now about keeping me posted on progress.

Same here. I know I have a later build date because my dealer called and asked them. Yet, I have no communication from Ford since early October. I'd like some sort of communication because I have to plan a trip to Iowa to pick it up. If it wasn't for that...

I'm still holding hope that mine gets built in the next few days. (Probably a fool) Up until now Ford had been very good at telling me they weren't going to build my truck for 2 more weeks. Now Radio silence with last email saying I had an 11/8 build week.
they took my drivers license and email. That’s how I got the email from Ford.
i know the order number and the priority code.
just haven’t had an update in the 2 weeks since I ordered. But I also wasn’t really expecting any updates this early either.
I'm in the same position as husqvarna; the day I ordered received confirmation from Ford and the confirmation with priority code from the dealer. Nothing since. F450 ordered 10/14.

Seems the emails are sporatic at best. I found mine moved to production by accident.
Has anyone else had their build week come and go without any notification or reschedule? My build week was changed to the week of 11/8. It did not go into production and I have not received any emails of a change.
Ordered 8/20 Confirmed 8/20
Notification Sent 9/16 Build Week 10/11
Notification Sent 9/23 Build Week 10/25
Notification Sent 10/5 Build Week 11/8
I ordered mine on 7-29, confirmed on 8-2 and I received the same build schedule as you, first scheduled date was 10/11, then 10/18, then 11/8 and then nothing.

Well. Not sure what this means. lol. I suspect it is a flaw in the Mach-e site as the "show raw details" still shows in order processing and there still isn't a window sticker available...
For the "data obsessed" like me... although I'm guessing we pretty much all are at this point. Data "starved" might be a better word. My truck went "In Production" last night. I found some curious info...
I have previously pulled apart the URL from Mach-E tracker to query my own raw data. I'm using this URL:
Obviously, replace the "XXXX" with your order code and the "YYYYY.." with your VIN #.
I've fed that URL in as a "sensor" in my home automation server (Home Assistant) and query the data every 5 minutes, pulling the json data at {{ value_json[0].primaryStatus }} to indicate the order status.
Anyway, having greater (5 minute interval) fidelity into the status, it was @ 6:41pm eastern time it went into production, but then it flip flopped for a couple hours until it locked in.
As of this morning, it seems Ford's order status website is dead. Mach-E simply shows "In Production", the spreadsheet hasn't run the updates yet, BUT I did get a window sticker already.
@Phoenixfla I'm guessing you are doing the same sort of json parsing on each entry from the spreadsheet. I'm curious to see how long before the "Production Date" date populates.
I dunno... this might be just repeating a lot of data we already have. It was an interesting process for me and capturing the history in real time. Hope others find it interesting.
