If you got any questions just ask. I've had mine about 2 years now. I have the teyes cc3 with 2k screen option and the higher ram option. You can get almost any app you can get for a tablet on it. It's got Netflix and all. I have the favtory tailgate camera hooked to it and a dvr front facing camera that records. I didn't get theit front dvr camera I got a cheap one off aliexpress that looks exactly the same and works just fine also.
Their website is a bit confusing. They have a '2k upgrade' on there, but also sell units that are both 2k and non 2k.. If the unit ls labeled as 2k - does it not need the upgrade?
Anyone tried their 360 camera option?

I dont have the 360 camera option but there is a teyes group on Facebook and seen bunch of people have it.
I have this one. With the 10inch screen option and 6gb ram then added the 2k option in the add ons to get the 2k screen. It was around $500 to my door couple years ago when I got it.

For those of you with an S8, have you had connectivity issues with yours, specifically between an OBD adapter and/or a dash cam? What I've found is that the late '23 firmware (231016 - 231120) seemed to cause that. Mine worked OK - though the dashcam connection was always wonky - before I upgraded to the late '23 FW last summer, and it never worked right after that. A couple of weeks ago I upgraded to the mid-'24 version (240527 - 240613), and both dashcam and OBD connections have been rock solid since. I hope that continues.

1) Go to myatoto.com and select "Online resources", then "Manuals and firmware"
2) In the boxes at the top of the screen, select Head Unit, then S8 (or whatever you have), then pick the model number from the stupid long list on the right
3) The third item down (for me, at least) is "3 Update Instruction for S8 Gen2 (7862-1024x600)". Click that.
4) The instructions will now be in front of you. To get the firmware file, click the "Download softwares" link to the upper right.
This is a process for consenting adults, so bricking, blowing up settings, etc. is a real possibility. On the other hand, mine now works better than it ever has, though wireless AA still doesn't work. Their process to get it to work was so onerous that I opted to pass.

I may have not searched well enough for an answer I put my camera plug in port 6 and it works on FCAM but nothing is triggering the reverse wire to tell the unit I’m in reverse when I have it plugged into port 2. The pink wire has 12v when in reverse. I also put 12v to it manually and that didn’t do it.
