head unit?
I'm trying to take my factory head unit out and it's not coming out....any ideas??

Coat hangers work also. But they dont giv eyou anything to hold on to. It works with a third hand.

Even with the correct tool sometimes pushing in on the head unit when inserting the tool is required.

Ya I have used the removal tool.And she still in there..

So that means that either the tool is not inserted all the way or there is still tension on the tabs that release so pushing in on the head unit my also be required, keep at it and you will get it.

I would pull the fascia off to see if something is hanging it up.
