Like John said it depends on your springs. And most CV conversions are F100's. I could probably do it. Once the springs bottom out it would be riding on the axle. If I did it and you would want to race a quarter mile, who do you think would get there first?

Me....lol
packing performance 302 should give lots of HP!
I got to find some more springs first. Maybe we wait until you unload it then we race?
I thought the race was loaded 2000#!! Unloaded I wouldn’t expect to win, hitting 3rd is not expeditious. I did hold my own with a Charger this summer until he let up at 85 and I took his lane!
I do like your truck too, was great watching you bring it to life from your field!
Thanks, and I really do like your truck. I would like to find a 4WD Fridge around here but that is next to impossible. And if I did it would not have a CV conversion.
I pulled a float in Sweethome Light Parade last night with the ‘60 Blue 4x4! Was a fun time & we used granny low for it. Its perfect speed to pace the walkers handing out candy! I was too involved to obtain many photos but I do have a couple to share.
Verifying lights & loading up Copilot & I I remember driving on laps Cab crew: Daughter, youngest grandkid, & me Goofy teenager having fun
A blast to town in the sun was a fun trip! I had to clean another load of corn goo out of my carb again! Im using Non-Ethanol but that tank of E10 is still haunting me. Once or twice a year the idle goes away to the point of dieing and I know it time for a goo clean out!
It’s sunny out but boy am I glad the heater works correctly! Every repair is well worth the effort now and its nice to use during the driving experience!
Its running great again with no issues at idle!
Looks like it was a fun run. I have been thinking about pulling out a truck since our snow has been gone awhile but it hasn't rained, and the roads are still covered with salt so I think I will be patient.
My truck performs as intended! Today we hauled a trailer load of firewood and you cant see the load inside the bed of RB. Hauled @ 60mph but could tell it was doing work getting to speed. Go use them like they were intended to be used guys!
Good to see it working. I had to replace my water pump so it was out of action for a while. Now going to out some fun miles on it. Fishing and huckleberry picking. Enjoy your truck.
