Been wondering about that too. Seen that on fleet brochure while back. Stupid question, any downside to larger alt if not really required? Draw some hp? Or would only do so when at higher capacity. Not a great auto electronics mind.

That stinks, that is one of the main reasons I went with a super duty. I'm glad I ordered a 2019 and didn't wait for the 2020s to come out.

No Supercab Lariat Sport just means I am going to keep my 17 for a while. Drives me nuts that 150 is available in SC with just about every option (LED’s) but locked out of lots of them with Super Duty SC.

Considering that the new 10 speed will be introducing 5 brand new program modes, you will probably be rethinking that one, even if you don’t admit it.

.

The one odd thing I see are the wheels. The 2020 guide displays the exact same wheels as the 17-19’ MY.
The 2020 promo photos show the chrome 20” wheels on that red KR, as well as the aluminum wheels on the Limited as totally different, and definitely improved.
I wonder which one is correct?

Actually, I won't regret my decision at all. The extra four gears and drive modes mean nothing to me since tow/haul is all I need. I'm a firm believer in the simplicity of the manual 4wd system and would take an old model just to get that. I guess next time around I'll have to live with the electric system.

Thanks for pointing this out. Good info that should be thought about when looking into tow/payload.

Other than the 7.3 option, I can't see a whole lot to get excited about with the 2020s over the 2019s. I'm questioning any price increases for the Driver Assist standard adders on XLT trim and up. At the moment, I'm thinking I did good with ordering my 2019 (High Boy).

Does anyone know any info about the tonneau covers/retractable cover they mention will be available from the factory on the order guide? I'm guessing we will have to wait until the online build tool is updated to find out more.

***nevermind I see it is a weatherguard brand on the order guide.

That 7.3 with the optional 4.30 gears should be respectable. I noticed they’ve included the 3” receiver in more configurations (unfortunately).

No 7.3 Gas in the F450?

So why no 7.3 with the 10 speed in the F450? I was really looking for that combination.

Congrats, you may be the first to officially have a 2020 on order!
Curious if your Ford dealer have an internal build site to configure your truck? Did you get click on the option to build it or was it based on the 2019 build? Did they provide any details on estimated delivery date?
