Well guys I half to say so far I’m very happy I let it run about 20 minutes today and idle smoothed up a bunch. Did a hot retorque on the injectors and put valve covers on. And then installed the intercooler pipes and topped off fluids and drove down the street and back. And all I can say is wow!!! It’s absolutely insane the power difference.
Hopefully this weekend I will be able to get it mostly back together. So I can take for a drive further than down the street. But I will say from my short drive the turbo response is pretty insane compared to the modded factory turbo i had.
Well no real progress this weekend on truck been helping my brother rebuild his truck it was rolled couple months back. Except I did pick up a set of wheels and tires for my sd dd and was able to put the wheels that go on my 96 back on it. My brothers truck is a 94.5 7.3 single cab f350 4x4 truck has a zf6 swap and we just put new uppipes and a 3in down pipe before installing the cab.
250/100 honestly now that it’s not my dd or rig I tow with I almost wish I had done 250/200. I’m still on a 65 horse performance canned tune yes I know I’m waiting to get tunes till I get everything wrapped up.

Uhh I think you are plenty good honestly. Once you put the fuel to it you will find the smoke point with them.
My 250/200s barely clean up(grey haze) on my tow tune on a s468.
I dare say you have a real good combo there.
I sure do hope so the little bit of driving I’ve done so far it seems very responsive did seem like it lugged easily in od. I did end up at last minute which I actually forgot about I ended up installing a rcd stage 1 billet camshaft. I need to finish up a bunch of little stuff and get the exhaust back on and take on a good drive.
Well finally doing some more maintenance to my current dd 6speed truck. Put in some bellowed up pipes tossing in a south bend dual disk clutch and a used trans.
Well trans and clutch are all back in a everything seems great now.
On another note I’m waiting on a box from riffraff to be able to get my green truck build back under way.
Well I know it’s been a while but long story short I’m just now getting back to working on the truck. Now that we’ve fully opened a shop by time I’m done working on everyone else’s stuff not motivated to work on my own. Long story short had to pull engine not sure what happened but little over a idle it made a pop and that was that.
Not really sure what happened but figure no since worrying about what can’t be changed.
