Over the last two days I've had issues pasting photos into the messages as I used to do. It doesn't matter iMac, iPad, WindowsXP, wired or cellular.

I am having some speed issues. The top of the page loads and then it just sits there.
It seems like the scripting is stalled. Anyone know how Java dependent this is or is it
something else that is doing the creation on the fly?

Agreed, the site is rather pokey. Hit the quote button and sit back and wait for the screen to finish rendering.

I am glad I am not the only one with speed issues.
I hate to say this but Ebay is faster to load with all the crap they have.

With every update the forum has slowed more and more over the years. Sadly I don't hang out as much any more because of all the nuisances.

If you pretend you're on a dialup modem it doesn't seem quite as bad. LOL!

Request for Site enhancement

So, the new layout is nice, the biggest issue I find, is when scrolling to the bottom of a long thread, there is no "go back to the thread list" for the current forum..
I can "forum jump" to somewhere else - but NOT go back to the thread-list of my current forum.
I resort to the "back" button which isn't really what I want, but if I've done a reply/edit , the "back" button now takes me to the edit/reply page and isn't easy.

thanks !

Scrolling up a line or two triggers the navigation bar to appear, and then you can go back to the forum threadlist using the breadcrumbs.

@IB Jose
Have they found any way to speed page loading up? I get the top banner to load
and then could use a stopwatch to time how long the rest of the page takes to load.

What kind of connection / device / browser etc are you on, Sean?

We're always looking to make site speed improvements, but as a Club FTE Silver member not having to load ads is a dramatic performance improvement already compared to regular users, and a world's difference compared to logged-out users.

Mac OS 10.12 Safari ADSL
The load speed was much faster before the change.
I have even done testing on my end by removing any
router between me and the DSL. That made no improvement.
There are a few others having speed issues too.

Well I think I found the issue.
AdBlock Ultimate
I removed it and put the old ver back on and things are faster.

Ok so I added "ford-trucks.com" to the whitelist and it does seem to do better.
Now if we don't get the malformed ads like back when
I first started using AdBlock all will be ok. It was when I was getting a page full of
text in place of the ads that I got a recommendation from the people at tech support
that I first started using AdBlock.
