Then we have to get home and put our lawn chairs out at the end of the driveway for the Phil Sheridan Days Parade at 1800 tomorrow night.
Ford Trucks for Ford Truck Enthusiasts
I am a 35 year full-time member of the Oregon Air National Guard and getting ready to retire in September. So this new (to me) truck is sort of a retirement gift.
I am looking forward to what I can learn from you all and hopefully gain some new friends.

Congrats on a fine career........
Happy Father's Day to one and all.
We started out yesterday morning early and finished up last night about 2230 with the Warden and I walking in the house, sitting down and promptly passing out.
The rifle and pistol match went well. I shot all 11 events and it makes for a long day. Won enough individual events to recover entry fees from the cash prizes. Took Second Place overall cumulative score, and won a very expensive Rifle Scope. Our 'Security Company' owner that runs a Blackwater style company, trains 'operators' and is a current active "operator" and rival on the range, aced me out by a couple of points. Warden seems to get a kick out of our good natured "running gun battles" and rivalry "on the range". She seems to think he is a very tall, well built fellow and could squash me very easily and it might be a good idea that I "let him win".
We got home from all of that just before they blocked the road for the Phil Sheridan Days Parade. Set our 'director' camp chairs at the end of the driveway and watched the parade from there. After the parade, we got a little something to eat and toured anything Phil Sheridan Days with the exception of the carnival. Stayed away from that. We can look over our back fence and see all of that that we want to see;. Anyway we got back to the house around 2230 crashed and burned within seconds of flopping down in our chairs. Dogs eventually woke us up and informed us it was bed time and that they hadn't had their treats for the night.
General Phil in the parade...he was a shave tail Lt. when he was stationed here. Looks pretty darned young too, considering his age.
My GGG granddad Turner new him well and also did some interpreting for him.
