Damn, I lost me coupon.
Really looks like a good setup. As far as woman and there waxing, they're braver than me. Just having fun with this crazy stuff.
Maybe one day I'll get me coupon privileges back. Planning a trip later this year to CT to see me sis. Maybe I'll stop in.

Sounds like you've already changed your mind about that wax.

I have a long memory ........

She’s shutting down for a week after Saturday, and will work the schedule as the situation warrants.

Reminds me of the movie 40 year old virgin... that had to hurt

Was going to comment on the politicians and media blowing up. What I was expecting one of you to add in was Social Media! Talk about having a hay-day with made-up misinformation, mostly aimed at panicking folks. Number of friends feel it is their duty to cut and paste these "factual posts" by Doctors, researchers, scientists, you-name-it; into an email and send it around thinking they are doing their contact list a favor...!

The MO of most of them goes like this: I'm a ____ and a colleague of mine who is a ________ (and thus qualified to pontificate on the subject with authority) knows _________ and cut and pasted this for all of you: The "this" goes on to start out saying "I wrote this to address all the misinformation on the internet/news/social media/xyz in the effort to bring real knowledge to the surface, and calm people down"... Then the next 7 paragraphs tell us mostly idiot crap they-don't-know-chit about what they are talking about and how the world is about to END! O-M-G!!!

I had to tell one friend that sent one of these on about the conspiracy being hidden of this KNOWN strain of Virus: the Novel Strain, that only comes from Animals mutating to infect humans... That "Novel" IS NOT A STRAIN OF VIRUS. Novel means New, or unknown, or undetected, or not seen before, on and on... Freakin' social media idiots... And that's who will elect Biden/Harris into office this November... Because Trump caused all of this....

There's a lot of misinformation out there, along with magic medicines and outright fraud. Trouble is, people are panicking and believing it all, then wondering why the face masks they bought on the internet for 15k never turned up

I still say the majority of people see through the misinformation. They (the media)are all gonna do what they do to stir the pot. Especially if it's in there interest.
They really don't give a flying F--- about the people. It's all about there agenda and ratings.

Hmmmm. Maybe an option. I'm getting a lot of post reading done and watching last man standing.
But the social stuff outside of truck stuff. I have a face account for family. Don't follow or participate in that yap yap stuff. Insta pics and all that.

Well I am a work from home person for at least 2 weeks. The boss divided the team so there will be coverage just in case. I have a folding table and dining room chair. I did bring home my monitors and docking station, all who left out of the house is my wife. She asked to WFH but the boss said not everyone has VPN so it wouldn't be fair. Her boss is a piece of work.

I hear you Excurvelle,

The wife and son are both home because of the School closures. Basically they are on Homeschooling until further notice. I’m still chained to my cubicle because of network and hardware constraints for doing 3D Civil Engineering design. Gotta love working on a system built by the lowest bidder.

We have been having some really good snow storms around us this week (3+ feet in 36 hours) so everything has been interesting to say the least.

Pretty much like that here - I'm working from home since Tuesday and was going to go back today but the building been shut down with a few confirmed cases. So glad I have a reasonable-sized Monitor because the laptop screen would really slow things down.
Pretty much all of France is in lockdown and the road outside is real quiet now.

Doesn't matter how it gets explained, people will panic when they see those numbers rising. Good thing is that testing seems to be way to go - although it's early days - as seen in S Korea and Germany.
