Sync 3 3.0 - Issues

3.0 has been floating around since late 2017 but it hasn`t been officially released by Ford for the masses even though it`s standard on some new 2018 Ford vehicles.
Some people have downloaded it with varying degrees of success but in my opinion, the best thing to do is to just wait for Ford to officially release it.

We had an announcement today that says Waze is coming to Sync 3, version 3.0 or higher soon. It doesnt seem clear who is waiting on who to finish from the article. I was wondering if any of you guys that have already upgrade to 3.0 have tried Waze recently and if so did it show on your truck screen? I just had an update to waze pop up today.

I'll try it if I can find it. So far I've found a thread in German that might be about it.... but I don't speak/read German. Wife lived there for a while in the Army so I'll enlist her help when she gets up.
