Has anyone had problems receiving OTA updates? Mine just sits on the “checking for update” and never says it is completed. The last successful update shows as Jan 24, 2017. 😕 I had the fuel tank TSB done and they updated to 2.2 for me, but I still can’t check for updates in the truck. It’s weird.

After updating to IOS 11.0 the screen no longer responds to touch when the car is moving. I am assuming it could be a setting within Carplay or Do Not Disturb?? None of the functions on the screen respond to touch i.e. you can't swipe, go to home etc. I couldn't find a setting to adjust within Carplay, I moved "Do Not Disturb While Driving" to appear in my control center so I could leave it off to see if that will help. Any one experience this or have any solutions?

mine is at 2.2 and my IOS is 11 it all seems to work ok
when I tell it to check for an update is searches sometime fast sometimes slow but never does update, just sits at 2.2
maybe it will find the update someday

Thanks, I am not sure of my version. But the issue seemed to be with "Do Not Disturb" I set it to my notifications screen and now I just don't turn it on and that seems to have resolved it.

Glad to hear it! Maybe someday I’ll figure out why mine doesn’t update or recognize there is no new update over WiFi. Mine just sits on the “Checking for update” screen forever. 😕

None of them do. You have to update manually through USB.

Thabns Karl4Cat! That’s all I needed to know. I wonder why they didn’t fix that problem yet. Glad to know I’m not the only one having the problem. The last successful update says January, right about the time I got the truck.
