Drain was plugged on the condensate pan on the roof. HVAC guys were able to clear it and it is now draining. Still have some water leaking and we will need some new ceiling tiles. Had to cover some electronics with trash bags in case the one tile comes down.
Hello everyone, 14° C and very cloudy this morning.
What`s your community project Perry?
Thanks for the car show pics John, there a lot of bikes there.
Once in a while I haul a few gravel truck loads of mulch for a customer Steve, darn stuff is pretty expensive for something that used to be waste!
Hello Shaun, is your day at work as busy as you thought it would be?
I don`t like doing plumbing repairs Grant, they can be costly and also I`m not good at doing them.
That orange colored Harley Davidson cost $85,000, no way in hell would I lay that much money down on a 2 wheel machine...lol
Twas a wet and chilly day in whoville today. Sold a pair of truck doors and a hood this afternoon, now to put on a set of beater doors and my well patina'd hood to keep the wild life out of the cab and engine bay.
We have a neighborhood cleanup this weekend that I'll be volunteering the truck and myself for but there is another problem that needs to be taken care of and that's what has me cranked up a bit. After this weekend I'll know more about the situation and should know how many are involved in the protest against a program that is being secretly imposed on the community. Who all wants a mobile drug injection project started in their neighborhood, oops I'm a member of the general public and am not supposed to know about that. Which is why the only public consultation was done in as quiet a way as possible, the only public notice that went out went to the junkies and the organizations that protect and cater to junkies. This isn't going to happen without a serious fight. I found out about it from one of the directors of the Forest Lawn community association, there was no public notification sent my way and I have membership and get a monthly newsletter from the organization that's supporting this lame brain project.
It was a sunny day here, a very light shower mid afternoon.
Hello Steve, how did you day go?
No way would I ever pay $85,000 for any one vehicle John.
I certainly wouldn`t ever want a mobile drug injection project in my neighborhood.
The sun has finally come out and its warming up a bit.
There's still towns in this country where you can buy a house quite easily for 85k.
I'll have a lot more info by this time next week and there's no way that this is going to happen without a serious fight over it. Our property values are on the rise with the new bus line and zoning development and this will kill any chance of changing the reputation of this area.
Time for supper and then its door knocking time to let the street know about the cleanup program this weekend. Its a good thing that I'm not shy about knocking on doors, maybe some day I should become a crook/ politician. Lol
Nope, just me and the pups and the nephew.. How are things going with you?
Your nephew is staying with you full time now?
Things are good, it was a nice fall like day. I loaded my Bobcat on the trailer this evening already for tomorrow morning`s job building another trail. This one sounds like it`s a small one, some of the bigger ones took 3-4 months to build.
