You`re having way too much fun in retirement to quit now.
Unfortunately here insurance frowns on home wood stoves but don`t have a big problem with them in a shop.
Today`s idiot of the day:

A lot of people go cheap and don't get a proper chimney stack, its $100 well spent, this one will be made from a large propane tank and will be bricked in plus I have a 4 x 4 pieces of concrete fire board to put against the wall.

This past summer I sold a 24 ft long 7'' high temp chimney for cheap that was laying around for yrs. I no use it and it took up a lot of inside space, I got really tired of tripping over it.

Looks like the dogs like the snow Morris.

Theres an insulated fireproof chimney stack that's supposed to be used between the stove and chimney that that a lot of people leave out because its about $20 a foot. A lot of people just use the outer pipe and it dries out the wood and shingles plus melts the tar in the shingle and that's where most of the fires start. This thing is going to need to be cat safe as the cats will be in the shop helping me as soon as they figure out the shop is heated.

Good morning folks.
For sure the dogs were a lot more thrilled with all those snow banks than I was Perry.
Those stainless steel high temp chimneys are not cheap.
Hello Shaun, how`s your day looking?
Hi Grant, another busy day at work?
Will it be close to a record yr for snow fall in your parts John? We have very little, it`s looking like a very dry spring.

Morning Morris. Not too bad at the moment. The rain is clearing out and it looks like the sun is about to make an appearance. How are you Morris?

I`m doing ok Shaun. It`s a bit cloudy here too but nice that there`s very little wind.
It sounds like your getting all our snow John, it`s pretty scarce this yr.
