So we took Fred the 7 month old b******* to the vet at tractor supply for the first time ever today (I have him all his puppy shots because with all the dogs I own I've learned it is waaayyyyyy cheaper that way.) He truly showed his *** barking and growling until because he couldn't sniff or play with the other dogs. But he is now has a microchip and rabies shot so we can turn in his AKC papers.
Bob,
That was one of the nice things about buying a new truck. I was able to decide what stereo\head unit I wanted. However, more important to me, was having a truly un-molested truck for once in my life.
Now how does Shari like that remote start? Which system did you end up going with. I've been thinking about getting Mary one, might do it for Valentines Day, but I avoid aftermarket goodies like that for myself like the plague, so I know very little about it all.
She likes that remote start. We've had them for years when we were in Missouri. I had High Output in Garner do the install in her Escape. When she would get home from work, she'd leave the heat, and defrost selected, stay in the house and push a button. Nothing wrong with that.
Shari and Tim are footballs fans, and I'm sure they'll hog the nice tv, so I'm already hiding my room at the back of the house.
Tomorrow early I'm taking Shari to the airport so she can get to her training week in Minnesota, and come back that Friday evening.
I'm going to list this in the wanted section too.
But I'm looking for a complete set (4) inexpensive wheels (tires would be nice too) for Ka'Bluey. In our move back to Southern Missouri, we may rent a trailer and pull it behind the Uhaul. The truck (Ka'Bluey) would fit on the trailer better, and not sit as tall, on stock sized tires and wheels.
So I'm looking for 5x5.5" wheels. Tires too, as long as they hold air, they'll be fine.
If you have any, let me know. I'm not wanting to spend a fortune on these since they'll be coming right back off, and get rid of them.
Checked out the local UHaul this morning. With the largest trailer that they have, Ka'Bluey wold be sitting on the last couple of inch's of the trailer. I want a little more truck on there than that.
Tried Penske, Ryder, and another that escapes my frazzled head at the moment.
Starting to suck just a little. The truck is tool long, and or too heavy.

That's true, but I paid $20,000 less than you did.
Try Budget, I got a bigger trailer from them before. Plus they were cheaper then Uhaul.
Throughout the day I've tried Budget, Ryder, Penske, etc. Either they only rent round trip (and Missouri is too far for a round trip rental) or the trailer wouldn't fit the truck due to weight, width, or length.
