Looks like you had some fun this weekend James.

I did a little more cutting around the pond today, I'm going to be able to fish all the way around it this coming year.

Got just a little more cutting to go, and a lot of burning.

Pond looks good Larry. That was a lot of bush cutting and hauling.

How did you train the dogs to run the truck for you?

Haha if the door in the truck gets opened you can bet he is going to be in the truck if it is left unattended.

I was able to get together with different people twice this last week, to play guitars.
I'm carrying around my trusty 3 ring binder with music/chord on paper, that I can't even see any longer (Blurry, ink must have separated or something), and these people my age, older are whipping out Ipads, and other electronic devices.
So I thought it would be nice to have something like that. So this evening I started looking around on line, and even in my trusty craigslist.org and found out these things can get pretty high, pretty fast.
Guess I'm gonna carry my 3 ring binder or blurry print around a bit yet.

I'm not an Apple fan, been looking at all different brands, and do prefer Android, and Samsung stuff.
I'm also cheap.

Shari has officially been offered the job working from home full time, and is giving Duke her two week notice this next week early.
Now since she does have that job, and will start the end of this month, we're talking about staying in North Carolina, or going home.
If we do move, it wouldn't be anytime soon.

Thanks James. It's a tuff one, we've made good friends here, Y'all are in there, believe me.
It's a heck of an offer. She's starting at what she's making at Duke after being there 4.5 years. Full benefits, vacation, PTO, insurance, quarterly bonus's, and it just goes on.
Shari's parents, My mom, all of our brothers and sisters, even some new nieces and nephews born we haven't even seen yet.
But we've really gotten comfortable here in North Carolina.

Sounds like a great job for her! It's hard to be away from friends and family at home, we've been gone about 6 months from MN. But getting out of that weather has been phenomenal. Hard decision to make for sure. Take your time, pro and con it.

Thanks Dave, yes it's a heck on an offer. We've only seen family or friends that we've know for decades, to or three times in the last 4.5 years.
But we're weighing all aspects.
