Shari, Tim and I have had more time to talk about what to do. And we've made a decision to move back to Missouri.
Both her parents are still doing well, but have health issues. Her dad beat Cancer several years ago, but has on going things from the Leukemia that he had.
My mom is 83 and is doing good, but I'd sure like to be around if/when the need be. Not counting all of our brother's and sisters, and new members we haven't seen since they were born.
Nothing will happen for month's, maybe even take up a year to save up the 8 to 10 grand that it will take. So your stuck with me for a bit yet.
When we do move, and if I don't have much room left, I'd like to leave my smoker for the the NC Chapter to keep using. Along with a nice stash of split Hickory wood. Who's up for a smoker
I'll hold onto the dentside for you, keep it safe and you can come visit it!

I appreciate that offer Larry. But I'm having him shipped back to Missouri a month or two before we take off. I have a few friends back home that have their own business's that will be storing Ka'Bluey until we get there.
Actually the friends that we bought him back from are gonna truck set him.
Well went and got my yearly physical today, all my blood work was perfect, BP was good, now I can check that off and keep that extra $20 off my paycheck.

Glad you guys got it figured out. Good to be able to see and help with family. I'm sure you'll have it all setup there how you like it.
We're going through things that we won't move to Mo with us.
Would anybody want a young, but thriving Peach Tree? It's in a pretty good size plastic pot, and survived this last winter being outside. So it's ready to go in the ground, and it should just take off really nice

I can look after the smoker for the group. At least until you get situated and come back for one of the camping trips. After all, we are still expecting you to show up and baby-sit the smoker. I can also handle the Peach Tree, though, that should probably go to someone else, who has a greener thumb than I do. Remind Tim that he and I need to talk about the Jap Car before ya'll leave!
I sure do hate seeing you leave North Carolina, with out getting a fishing trip on the coast in, but there is still time for me to drag you out there.

If I don't have room for the grill and smoker, then you are the "Keeper of the Fire". And a butt load of Hickory that I'm not taking.
And we've already talked to Tim about getting that jap car gone. And that it isn't going to Missouri.
I didn't have to take any classes to volunteer back home. Sound like your getting way better training than I did. Mine was more hands on. But it was also for a little hole in the wall town. http://ozarkfire.org/
Stella is definitely a little hole in the wall town, if you blink you've missed it!
Apparently a lot has changed over the last couple years, apparently before the chief could sign off on your ability to enter a structure fire. Now you've got to have about a years worth of classes, pass the test, and all the hands of training through the college.
The Fire Chief back in Ozark knew of my lower back conditions, and still let me in as a Volunteer.
I messaged him this morning letting him know that we are moving back home this summer, and I'm hoping they'll take me back and let me play with Fire Trucks again
