Well it's already been a eventful day, pager went off at 6am for mutual aid, and just got back from another mutual aid. Both commercial fire alarms that turned out to be nothing.

Hope it's not a sign for what tonight will be.

Uh-oh. Who's gonna take the light sabre away from Bob this time round?

Very nice truck, I'd have give 200 for it easy. Probably up to 1k sitting like that. I guess I need to get off my butt and get the 1 ton in primer.

Been a quiet day here. Haven't cracked a beer yet, but I've got the crock pot going. Should be ready soon.

Hope everyone is staying warm and safe during the snowpocalypse.

I made it to work today. Was a little dicey in places but fine in others. I hope more of it melts off this afternoon.

We didn't get any snow, tiny bit of ice but it really only accumulated on elevated surfaces.

We had 1/4" or so of ice, about nothing for snow. Colder than blue blazes with the single digits during the evening and night time. I've always said that the new likes a good scare....

I'm taking advantage of the weather today and getting some more Christmas lights down.
I'm wanting to check out the Fishing Show that's in Raleigh tomorrow or Saturday. If anybody want's to check it out, let me know. I'm sure Tim will have to work, and Shari has basically said she didn't want to go. And when I'm by myself too long, bad things can happen.

Have fun at the fishing show.

I'll be tearing down a two story cinder block chimney this weekend. Wish me luck. I'll need it.

Hope you make it on Sunday. Better then not at all.

I'll be perched on a roof all weekend tearing down cinder blocks and flues.

Babysitting the smoker this afternoon. There's a pack of Country Style pork ribs in there, with a pack of brats. I should have made me a batch of beans too, but I just want to be outside.
And after I finish feeding my neck I'm back out there. I'm hoping to get the crossovers in the truck today. Haven't pulled that stunt off yet.
