Well it's already been a eventful day, pager went off at 6am for mutual aid, and just got back from another mutual aid. Both commercial fire alarms that turned out to be nothing.

We didn't get any snow, tiny bit of ice but it really only accumulated on elevated surfaces.
We had 1/4" or so of ice, about nothing for snow. Colder than blue blazes with the single digits during the evening and night time. I've always said that the new likes a good scare....
dad said he got a bit there at the norlina house... one of the neighbors came by and plowed the street clean to the house... dad cleaned off the driveway (when he could find it lol) with the front loader... ran off the end of the driveway a couple times lol...
I'm taking advantage of the weather today and getting some more Christmas lights down.
I'm wanting to check out the Fishing Show that's in Raleigh tomorrow or Saturday. If anybody want's to check it out, let me know. I'm sure Tim will have to work, and Shari has basically said she didn't want to go. And when I'm by myself too long, bad things can happen.
Saturday got a drivers safety meeting in the morning then hope to get something done on the project truck.
I have to make shims for the upper fender bolts both sides and today I picked up the new exh front pipe and a piece of pipe I hope to make a complete exh. system.

Babysitting the smoker this afternoon. There's a pack of Country Style pork ribs in there, with a pack of brats. I should have made me a batch of beans too, but I just want to be outside.
And after I finish feeding my neck I'm back out there. I'm hoping to get the crossovers in the truck today. Haven't pulled that stunt off yet.
