Just everyone be careful if you decide to let someone remotely do any programming on your truck. There have been many cases of people "trolling" other people under the pretense of helping. I would hate for that to happen to any of y'all.
As an aside, if you don't agree with what i am saying, just do what you want, i won't care either way. I consider a lot of you friends and don't want to see someone end up messed over. Regardless of "how easy it is to undo" I'm pretty sure the reason you are having someone help is because you can't easily undo something like that.
I won't say anything else about this as there is someone trolling my posts.

Yup, it's a big scary world out there fidel. However, on the BMW forums I'm on, people are doing all the time with vehicles that cost a lot more the the most expensive Platinum 450 with no issues. And the software to do that is in German. LOL. Forscan is 100% forgiving and any bad changes can EASILY be backed out without any effect on your truck. That's how folks are figuring out the new options. Try new code. If it fails, back it out. Nothing remains. Guys have been doing it on the F150 forums for quite a while now. There is NO danger from Forscan or making a mistake. The only danger is allowing someone you don't trust unrestricted access to your computer. That's the only warning that needs given here...

Yeah man, I'll ignore it because it's ignorant and not based in fact. You knew nothing about Forscan until I introduced it into the 2017 section. No one did. Glad I could help you there. Now it's time for you to put on your big boy pants and read the 200+ pages of Forscan info I have on the 150 forums and learn before you post warnings like your an authority. There is no danger making any changes with Forscan... PERIOD. If it's a bad change and has a negative effect, you back it out and it's like it never happened.

Well, midol.medrano was just trying to help the masses prevent a nonexistent issue. Now he's ignoring me so all is right with the world again. Really though, I posted good info on how other forumites could help one another and he got all in a snit. Not sure why? We've never had words before?
