Looks nice. Is that center console a straight fit? Do you think I can drop one in my '00 without messing with the seats?

That looks good... Front & rear seats also bolt on or require modifications? I'm also trying to figure out what to do with carpet, I want it black...

There's a ton of good dyes on Summit and other similar websites if your carpet is in good shape

Couple of Questions: Do those seats contain airbags? And will you run duct work to the center console for heating and cooling?

You need to remove armrests to fit center console, the mounting brackets were extended to bolt down with seat mounts. Had the 2008 center console before and it bolts right in but you also need to remove arm rests.

Front seats bolt right in, wiring harness has to be spliced in.
Had to add a switch for cooling feature. Didn't use seat warmers because no way to regulate heat, stayed constantly on and was getting hotter and hotter. I have the Super Duty Carpet put away, was planning on using eventually. Looks like it may fit right up to 3rd row hump, probably use a cargo mat of some sort where carpet ends.

Seats look awesome.

For the rear you could locate a rubber floor, came in the .gov trucks and maybe others.

I'll get better pics when completed, not sure on the console air ducts just yet, may have to wait till dash swap. I'm losing speakers on second row doors when the door panels are replaced. Possibly pop some speakers into AC vent holes. There is a power inverter below the vents could possibly think of something cool. Console has locking lid I'll have to rekey which is very nice.

There should be room behind the panels for some slim line speakers. Some deft work with a Dremel to cut some slots in front of them (OEM style) and good to go...

On the console, make sure you keep the rear speaker control unit that was in the rear of the Excursion console, you need it for the rear speakers to work. Unless you're planning on running a separate amp for the doors?

Here are some finished pics. Cargo trays or speakers will be placed underneath second row.

Why are you losing the 2nd row speakers? What are going to do about the 3rd row seats. It looks very good!!!
