Front row out of a newer superduty with the jump seat, put it in the 2nd row. Really should be about the same difference with cutting/welding the seat frames to bolt in vs. your existing newer 2nd row setup. You might even be able to bolt the seats to those frames you already modified without too much difficulty.
Decided not to do the dash and am now moving in a different direction with build, selling all the interior and starting over. I’ll try to get info from guy buying my dash to see about a write up to post. Going into a custom shortbed single cab Super Duty.
Swapped the tan for the black, the tweeter pods snapped right in, will have to wire in when I do speaker Upgrade. I'll have to paint door lock.
Were the window controls and door locks etc. a direct plug in?
I am picking up a set of door panels later this week and wondering if I have to do more wiring than necessary to get the mirror controls for the power fold & telescope.

So is the project back on? Decide against the shortened superduty?
Found a local guy that does it, couple days ago. Because the Excursion is my DD, I just purchased a Land Cruiser to drive and flip, while truck is torn down. Kinda at a stand still right now. Going to take advantage and strip out complete interior for updating and insulating. Also putting on 2017 SD mirrors that have been on the shelf for a while.
There is another guy who almost has newer guage cluster completely figured out to swap, so kinda waiting on him as well. Newer Steering column is last thing.
The guy that was going to do the dash was he going to make the navigation system work? Any info on the cluster guy
Not sure what his plan is for the dash, I asked him to show me the finished product. I might go with a 2010 Dash instead. Check out: Zachary @e4motors on instagram for guages.
He is only doing 7.3 swaps at the moment.
Front seats bolt right in, wiring harness has to be spliced in.
Had to add a switch for cooling feature. Didn't use seat warmers because no way to regulate heat, stayed constantly on and was getting hotter and hotter. I have the Super Duty Carpet put away, was planning on using eventually. Looks like it may fit right up to 3rd row hump, probably use a cargo mat of some sort where carpet ends.
What type of switch did you use for the cooled seats? I scored some seats out of a 2012 yesterday and will be putting them in later this spring. I'll want to use the heat function also though, did you ever get that to work or decide you did not care since your in Texas?
