Just read this entire thread. WOW you have done alot of work on this in one year... Pretty much the excursion of my dreams.
With the amount of work you have done to this have you ever considered starting with a 2016 F250 and grafting an excursion back onto it?

Found a local guy that does it, couple days ago. Because the Excursion is my DD, I just purchased a Land Cruiser to drive and flip, while truck is torn down. Kinda at a stand still right now. Going to take advantage and strip out complete interior for updating and insulating. Also putting on 2017 SD mirrors that have been on the shelf for a while.
There is another guy who almost has newer guage cluster completely figured out to swap, so kinda waiting on him as well. Newer Steering column is last thing.

No longer my daily driver, what do you guys think, 37s or 40s? Looking to get rid of 3rd row and want a middle row bench that offers center seat shoulder belt. Thinking newer Expedition 2nd row, anybody for some sort of jump seat between captain chairs in second row? Any help would be great.
