Ok Guys, need a quick hand here.

Got the engine turning over tonight. Everything seemed good, took a few tries before HPO came up to ~500, fuel pressure is at 65, but it just refused to light off. By this time the batteries where getting a bit low. Had to walk away. Before I go and punish the starter some more tomorrow AM, need to make sure on a couple things.

Can anyone ID this portion of the wiring harness?

More specifically the end of it here

I was pretty sure it was remnants from the fuel bowl/fuel bowl heater, but I dont know what that plug is. Not sure if it could be stopping the truck from starting or not.

And as Im typing this and the wheels are turning, I cant recall plugging in the CPS again, not sure if I did that....

Anyways, I feel like a complete idiot , that may be it, but would still like to ID that harness ^. Thanks guys.

That connector goes to that little clear ice cube box.I'm not sure what it does but if I were home I'd put up a pic.

Thanks Rusty and Aaron, it was indeed CPS pigtail. Harness had me all turned around.

Anyways, truck is back together for the most part.

A few pictures of the engine compartment.

This is how the intercooler piping turned out.

Found this 4" boot on amazon for 26 bucks, works great with some of the previous alumimun intake tube I had from origianl setup.

Had to trim is a bit on one side, then used you off cut to help make up the distance I needed. It's one too many connections than I'de like, but it works

Here is the downpipe, and I swapped valve covers and put the vent on the passenger side. Made the intake easier.

This is how the front turned out so far.

A pictures worth a thousand words, a video is worth a million...

Andrew, I understand fully the IC pipes getting scratched up every time you take them off and then they look like SHI!. I put that wrap on my DP and looks OK to me. I'm just wondering one thing on the IC pipes, will it hold heat in and defeat the purpose of a IC just a little?

Yes Glenn I see you're logic. Someone can correct me if Im wrong, but I dont think I would have gained any additional cooling with the wrap Off. The intercooler takes cares of 99% of the temp gradient change. If anything I think Im likely protecting the cool air from hotter under-hood temps.

Fenders got a moved a bit with all the core support out and such, when it all came back together the hood is a bit tight on one corner. Need to loosen one fender and adjust before I can close the hood/latch it. So havnt taken it for a spin yet.
