Warmer days are coming, gonna miss these character builders wev'e had. Went to crappy tire and bought a 10' x 10' shelter $149 and a 10' x 20' shelter $249, got $1.60 in crappy tire money back on $400, such a deal. The shelters were 50% off and the sale ended today. Going to modify them a bit for height and am going to narrow the small one by a foot, I've got 12 - 1500 sq' of heavy duty tarp that I can use to cover shelters for durability. Bylaw man is taken care of and I'm back to tearing down old shop tomorrow. Dropped off the xmas donations I picked up in July at the auction, tossed them $100 and made everybodies day. There was an open house at Sunrise and I arrived in time to meet the 28 - 32 year old employed with job title crowd. If the girlfriernd gives me a hard time during the next 2 months she gets traded in, charity begins at home I hear. Have a good day boys as I'm enjoying mine.
Hmm, too bad the sale is over. One of those 10×20 shelters would be great to park the truck in to keep the snow off. I hate always brushing off snow before driving it... And it would be nice for doing small projects on the not-so-cold days as well.
Yeah I almost missed out on the sale myself. My accountant was telling me about costco deals but they all had 10 - 15 day pay and wait delivery, so I checked HD then crappy tire. Found out at the store it was the last day.Keep an eye open as they have a large selection and they usually sale on a cycle. Some times if you talk to the manger he'll back date a deal if your a day late and hes got big inventory.
