BTW... I see you have both fuel tanks in the frame... Are dual tanks in the works?
The second tank is Urea for cleaning the DPF. It is only a 5-6 gallon tank.

Paul,

How are you going to:
1) Do the 'fuel door' for both diesel and DEF (urea) fill necks?
2) Do the rear fender arches (same as Excursion or same as 2012 F-250)?

Really enjoying watching your fast progress.

I was wondering the same thing about the fenders because I can't stand the new fender arches.

What year did they start using urea tanks ? Was it only for the 6.7 or 6.0 also ?

I believed only 6.7 and up only. 6.4 didn't have to have urea tank yet.

Think back 10 years ago. Did you ever think you would hear "Here is the fluid for your exhaust. That will be $37." Sounds like blinker fluid.

Wiring shortened up, drive shaft shortened and put back on, DPF kind of in place.

No new door fuel door. Putting it in the fender well behind a door. I think.
Leaving the Ex quarters the way they are and putting on the 12 fender flares
