Building a 2012 Excursion with a 2005 Ex and a 2012 F250 Larriet with 6.7l Power Stroke.

A little on what we have to do on this 2012 Conversion.
Install Factory Navigation
Headrest DVD's for 2nd row
Ceiling DVD for 3rd row
Install Expedition EL 2nd row seat
Heated seats in 2nd and 3rd row
Upfitter Switches
Sound proof the whole truck

Started on the Excursion today. Drilled out the floor and outer rockers, Need to cut the inner rockers and the windshield pillars and the front part body will be lose. Pulled the rear drive shaft so all we have to do is cut the frame and roll the body, frame and motor and tranny of the frame rack. The 2nd row seats from the Expedition EL showed up today.

I was surprised to see that you didn't have a squashed SuperDuty for this conversion. Is this one being done for a client?
