No, but they're close enough he can go with whichever he wants (the newer style I would assume) and it would look close to the same regardless.

Got the rest of the body off today and the tank drained, gas, brake lines, electrical wires removed. Also have the rear axles all unbolted and ready to roll of the rack.

Man o man look at all those things that are "easy access" - I would be stalking me some manifold studs and ball joints while I was at it...

I know that's a HUGE understatement, just trying to get a basic idea.

The bed of the truck looks longer than the Ex piece behind the rear doors.
Body and frame need to be cut and spliced. Frames are totally different on a super duty compared to and EX.

Yes Kind of. Same windshield size. You could put any windshield into 1999 to 2014 super duty. They all have the same dimensions. Same goes for the EX.

So you use the excursion doors on the 2012 body or you cut behind the door jamb? I'm asking so if we wanted to swap out the whole front clip we could but not the doors on a 4 door pickup.

The front doors are the same for all the years of super duty and excursion. The door panels though would be different. Problem people have with upgrading the interior is the rear door panels. You have to stay with the excursion ones or find a way to modify the super duty ones to fit.

Got the frame cut on The EX today. Rolled the front half off with the motor and trans still in the frame. Rolled the back axle off and outside to. Put the 2012 on the frame rack and gutted the interior. Monday call for the windshield to be cut out and started taking everything off the underside off the truck.
