This gets into complicated steering geometry but basically if one of your front wheels hits a bump and things under the car are not aligned correctly, the bump causes an unintended "steering action" where the wheel will steer the car without any steering input from you. It makes the car unstable and a handful to keep under control.
So I need a drop bracket for the trac bar and the pitman arm. I've never heard of a drop bracket for the pitman arm. I have heard of a drop pitman arm.

The fabtech lift I had on my super duty was nice because it had multiple options for the 5.5 lift and 8. What ever option you go I would get both pitman arm and drop bracket from the same company for the same lift.
I didn't know it had a lift. The woman I bought if from told me the mods she did. A lift wasn't one of them. Unless it was dealer installed when she bought it new? I have all the paperwork and receipts since the day she bought it. There wasn't a receipt for a lift.
