Will do this when I get home tonight for the sake of learning more. I have to re-read the whole thread, but did you mention how you wanted the data posted? Then you have to teach me how to post something other than a photo or screenshot!

I recorded data today tho it's with infinity not AE. don't know how to do a screen shot. I'm using logworks to view the file. If someone can tell me how to post the data I will.

Enough posts to attach files? Attach the *.CSV file you recorded to your post.

The infinity and the AE are the same thing.
Infinity pros:
No laptop needed
Always running
Easy to use
Infinity Cons:
Does not change speed for larger tires
Lie-o-meter (MPG calc) will not work
At this time you can only add one sensor. At this time the Infinity can add two additional sensors. Once the CEI-HUB is released it will be able to have 8 sensors. (DP is working on this)
AE pros:
Allows for speed change for larger tires
AE cons:
Have to have laptop
You will never be able to add sensors
Harder to use in comparison to Infinity

Yes and no. You can test any ford obd2 vehicles, I would imagine that you could test Lincoln made by ford. The others you can test but you cannot get all the values. Just like AE you would have to buy the bundles from DashDAQ. I hooked it up to my 2003 honda accord and it worked but I could not get all of the sensors. I have also hooked it up to a ford explorer and I got all the values that my AE gave me.
In order to monitor enhanced data on other makes of vehicles, you would have to purchase that brands enhanced license.

So I didn't get to this last night but will for sure tonight. A quick question though.... does it matter what tune I'm in? I'm glad I read your note about not powering the laptop from the cig lighter. I've been having the dreaded "plugged in, not charging" issues with my laptop lately so I'll have to figure something out.

You can but I read on here that it can cause interference with the program. I dont know how true it is, maybe someone will chime in and confirm if it does or not.
