Rented a skid loader last weekend for some work at my folks cabin. About 6200 lbs for the loader, maybe another 2K or so for the trailer. No sweat starting or driving, but I sure hate surge brakes on a trailer that heavy! I left lots of room!

^^ I'm not quite sure, I purchased the truck with it already made. I need to fix a few things on it. But I can measure that for you when I get back from work. I'm assuming it is the height of the highest point of the wheel arch on a standard bed. But I will get you measurements in a few hours
