this was the last load i hauled before installing 9" rear and redoing springs. most of it was unloaded prior to video.
already had homemade 5 pack out of an f450. needed to rework it for a "smoother" ride
1996 F250 XLT 7.3 Powerstroke. About 1,000lbs of trash and cardboard. Not much of a load, but it's something. That 7.3 is at 317,5xx miles, and still running strong. Love getting a chance to drive Powerstrokes.
This is "ol brownie" as I call her, pulling what I thought would be her replacement. White truck is an 87 4 wheel drive, 300 6, granny 4 speed truck. Brownie is a one wheel wonder, automatic 460 beast that I can't seem to let go. The white one gets better fuel mileage but I can't let the 460 go. Plus the brown one is 5 years newer and is much better looking to boot. Also I realized I don't like shifting lol
Also a side note, I've never had this truck squatted like this. I didn't think the white truck would make it squat so much. If I had a longer trailer I could have had it back farther and distributed the weight better but oh well. Work with what ya got

You say it'll always be Ford in your garage, but I recognize that tail light in the foreground.
It's probably squatting more in the first picture because the truck is a lot less balanced than that wood, all the weight is up front in the engine bay.
