I had my yearly physical today and have lost nearly 20 pounds since I last saw the doctor 6 months ago. 248 and still a ways to go. She wants to see me again in October and I hope to be in the 220's or less by then.
I went by and bought a full year's gym membership yesterday. I expect I should be Swoll any day now, and if not, I may drive to the gym and ask about why it's not working.
I walked a couple of miles in the mall this afternoon with my daughter. When we got done we stopped at Mrs Powells before they sold out. I got the last three pecan rolls.
I weighed in quite heavy this morning. so much I don't want to say. That being said, dating is hard on my diet. I need to be better about not being convinced to go out to restaurants as often as I do.
Day three of having a gym membership and I weighed in at my heaviest, and my jeans are tight. Maybe I need to start going to the gym to put in some work.
I was thinking about joining a gym- but not sure what all an almost 60 year old dude does at the gym? And you cant oogle girls like i did in my 20's (although that would sure get my heartrate up!! :-)
I either officially or unofficially became an employee of a diesel shop last night. I guess I am going to learn about diesel repair. I still need to ask about vacation days, company credit card, etc... LOL!!!
Either way I kept busy and missed dinner, so weighed in lower this morning.
