Yeah, you wouldn't want to burn this crap. I don't even use it for mulch. Got an Apple tree I've just about given up on, I'll let you know when it meets it's demise.
For right now, I've got a few pallets if you want 'em

Biggest problem with pallets is you can't burn 'em on public lands anymore...They outlawed 'em cuz no one ever picks up the nails. What kind of condition are they in?
Let me know on the apple tree. I need an excuse to buy a chainsaw.
Yes, it's okay to top up with regular air, but the theory is that you won't have to.
The nitrogen molecules are larger than the other molecules that make up our atmosphere, so when they're in a tire, there's less chance of leakage over time through the rubber itself. If there is a leak, it's got to be a mechanical problem ie bead, valve stem or core, or a puncture in the tire.

The moisture in your tires' air is what causes higher pressure swings as a function of temperature than nitrogen.
Almost the weekend. Have most of our camping stuff lined up by the door to grab and go after work. Heading up towards Devils Punchbowl and camping in Big Rock Creek this weekend. Never been up there so we'll see how everything goes. The campground is at 5000' so weather should be ok, hopefully it won't get too hot.
Anyone been up there? Any recommendations for hikes or must do's in that area?

Got a busy weekend myself. Tomorrow the wife's sunday morning social club is having a yardsale in my front yard. We've got a good location for it, so I hope they sell everything and leave NOTHING behind.
Then on Sunday we're going to the Dodgers-Angels game.
Agreed...Convict is great fishing, and an outstanding view...
Also upper Owens River on the north east side of Crowley lake just east of the green Church and Whitmore pool on Benton Crossing Road. it is fed by hot creek which is now closed to hot water bathing... but the trout love the warm water, and the brood stock for the fish hatchery are often found there... Big trout!

I have some friends who rave about McGee creek where it meanders through the pasture. But they are a little vague about just where they access it, and have hinted that they are maybe sneaking in. Anyway, I have seen their big trout pics, and I should try to wrangle an invite.
I've never cared much for Crowley and don't go there.
