Happy day after Father's day! Sounds much better than Happy Monday right?
Steph, how much your stock rims can be sold for will depend on your area, and how much a buyer is willing to pay. If your rims look brand new, then naturally, they will have a better chance of being sold for close to the new price. However, I don't know the demand for stock wheels, so I don't know how close to that price you can go. (not much help am I? Sorry)
I don't believe that is a realistic expectation for selling take-off wheels. Especially for stock 16". The market is glutted with those. I suggest you search Craigslist for similar wheels and see what they are asking. My guess would be somewhere between $200 and $300 for the set. A little more if you include tires with some life left.
They are in great shape, but how much do used OEM rims go for? Mine have no scratches, dents/dings, etc.
thanks,
steph

Agree, I picked up a set on CL with 10K of tread left for $40 each.

It wasn't bad Sunday AM, got there in plenty of time. After 13 hrs in the air, I was rewarded with some YanJing beer.
I'll try to share something a bit more cultural on the next pic...

Ya I did a search and found a few people selling OEM ranging from $125-170 each...will probably just be getting tires and no rims for now.
Back from Huck Finn's Jubilee out in Victorville. The trip out and back was "uneventful", which is just the way I wanted it!
A four-day weekend of good Bluegrass and Country, capped off on Sunday with Larry Gatlin and his brothers.
Steep Canyon Rangers on Saturday night was probably the high-point. If you haven't seen Nicky Sanders play Orange Blossom, you haven't heard it played at all! A girl turned to me after it was over and said, "How can you ever describe that to someone who wasn't here?"
Lesser-well-known acts (to me, anyway) kept the air full of reasons to tap toes all weekend.
The rest of the time we either ate, drank a few brews, or pitched "Washers". In our camp, besides our trailer and a motor home, we had two fifth-wheels arranged with awnings meeting in the middle. Shade was augmented with EZ-Ups, so despite the temperature approaching a hundred, the breeze kept it pretty comfortable. You just wanted to pick a spot out under a tree near the stage during mid-day.
The TST-507 pressure monitoring system is a WINNER! It really sets your mind at ease about the current status of the trailer tires! It checks both pressure and temperature, continuously cycling through all of them in about twenty seconds. I intend to eventually add at least two more sensors for the truck's rear tires. I sincerely believe it is money very-well-spent for those folks that tow!
Gonna be another HOT and HUMID day here in North East Indiana and still NO RAIN on the horizon!!!...the 4th of July fireworks are in jeopardy as we are under a burn ban due to the very dry conditions...we'll see how they enforce that...
Pop...I have a monitoring system for my TT tires that I have yet to install...there are sensors that screw onto the valve stems and then I have a device I plug into one of my power points that shows the status of the tires...I don't think it cost more than $50...but I haven't towed much lately...but we'll be leaving on a 4500 mile trip in a couple of weeks through North Dakota, Montana, Wyoming and South Dakota...I'll be installing the sensors before that trip!
Just getting done with dinner...gonna digest a little and then go for a walk with the wife and our pup...okay the pup is 4 years old but she's a great girl...oh and so is the wife!
