Rust, crusty Sears Avocado cleaned up but not repainted. Normally I use a satin finish, but the hardware store was out. I'm not a big fan of the gloss clear. Anyway, it'll keep the rust at bay.

Bump with a few photos
Worked on the Darth Vader 502... separating the Bunsen from the base is nearly impossible on a rusted 502 without heat/quench cycles. This one took 3 tries.
