Tried my hand at a couple of customs, they're the wrong year for a gold bond, but kind of a fun color to mess with. Right is cub cadet, left is caterpillar.
How was the CCF G2G Justin?
liking the cat yellow sean! i want to do a deere and cat lanterns some time... i have a few spares!
Kero stoves anybody? Bought this one at a gun show of all places years ago. Never heard of a Prince no.8 before. Looks like it copied a Primus VERY closely, even down to the multilingual inscription of "the best stove in the world". Just cleaned the burner out with carb/parts cleaner today, still having carbon issues, but it could be old fuel. Been a good companion for my hunting trips, runs forever on a tank of fuel.
(Does Missy know about all of this "foolishness"?)
Marge thinks it's all "sooo unnecessary".
Pop
Keeps me in the garage, outta the way!

friend of mine has started this, painted the tank blue... to really touch it off it needs the vent matched in a shade of blue.

at the G2G a few weeks ago i bought i lamp..i think i mentioned that already and also finally got my new Coleman book and shade book too, other than that not much Coleman stuff going on.
been doing some wire stripping here and there and have had my 237 kerosene burner and my L228 slant out helping me...
on easter sunday i drug home a 228E id good shape for 10 bucks...and a adjustable with a 220 globe on it also for 10 bucks. Thursday night i had my 200/220 franken lantern out helping me clean the bed of the truck out... sorry no picture of that. yesterday i was tinkering with my L228 slant, its having a air loss issue. replaced cap gasket since it was still on the original and haven't had a chance to fire it.
also tinkered with my 2 lamps, the CQ and the Model 152... both need parts for there respective shade holders, so i put out a couple want to buy ads on the coleman forums hoping i can find the parts i need. while im waiting for lamp parts i may get the 228E scrubbed up.... only crappy part is my shelf's are maxed out.... need another one to hang more lanterns from!!!
