Jut last week at the ATHS national truck show, I saw examples of trucks very similar to that with crew cabs. That one may be a B-Model Mack. Cabs like that were used for fire trucks too.
A friend of mine has an extended sleeper cab F-8, there were only 6 made using Ford trucks but I saw a Mack with what looked like the same sleeper cab on my Friends Ford.
