Looks like a pancaked S series IH. Which I would take over any PT Cruiser any day of the week.

Ah remember when people would bring their PT Cruisers to classic car shows? At least a couple in Missouri had them. I always thought it was odd.

Yup, those and those goofy little Chevy trucks that were suppose to have the "retro" look. Why in the world would you think they belonged in a classic car event?

To be fair, there's that whole class of people that enter their new Mustangs, Camaros, Challengers and Corvettes in car shows also.........sigh

Nice body work. Ugly car, but nice body work.
I wonder if there is really a V8 under that bolted on breather.
It does remind me of my favorite 'V8 where it's not supposed to be' car:
