Here is one. A 1929 Model A. These is $200K in build cost. Currently for sale for $56K Who says you can't flip a special build.

When you compare the original Ala Kart to the "$200K" version you can really see how many of the design cues were missed...the curved flow of the body is gone. Sad to see what appears to be some quality workmanship wasted...

Agreed. The nose tipped downward was the first thing I noticed. Then again, I'm familiar with the Ala Kart, and may be a bit biased.

They are asking $23K for it. I wonder how much they spent on the build. I'm thinking a pretty big loss on this one.

Noticed it was built on a Chevy C-20 chassis, doesn't look like a lot was spent on the interior other than rattle can bed liner..

Putting the proper grille on it would help and something like flipping the rear fenders side to side and lengthening the box to accommodate them. 49 fenders would suit it better..
