Those little legs would be spinning if you tried to keep them on the front pedals. Broken shin if you didn't.

The pedals are no longer useful as they are just a place to rest your feet..

Oh I see now. The pedals are bolted to the fork.
So next question, where is the throttle and brake?

I think it was a work in progress, I had wondered the same thing. For brakes you might need to glue thicker soles on your shoes..

nope, throttle is full or nothing. for brakes, that is why god made oak trees.

As a teenager we once had the wild idea to drag a Big Wheel behind a pickup.
I can tell you firsthand that those pedals can be very unpleasant at speed!! Oh, and those hard plastic tires had no traction what-so-ever on the corners
I guess it goes without saying that frosty beverages were involved.
