If he wont ship it, I can. You could also come here to get em. It is summer vacation time. See if he'll do paypal or something. I'd go get em, but I dont carry that kind of kash around.
I dont thing the difference in fuel economy is worth calculating, between a 351 and a 302. When you get your Ranger driving, you'll quickly understand power to weight.
I'm thinking the 5.7 hemi would be more efficient mainly because it's injected. Shouldnt have much problems spanking either ride, but it still depends on what it's in. Gonna have a hard time if you're up against a T-bucket with 350 that has dual 4bbl on a tunnel ram.
T bucket ? And I am talking about the new hemi and the 4.7L I don't wantto be the fastest out there but I want to pound the **** out of 99% of the road vehicles
I meant the 5.7 hemi. Yep, Tbucket is the hot rod that came before the model A. In other terms, a model T roadster. As my build suggested, it'll be scary fast, and some people may not want a second ride.
I have seen some of those, convertibles with a rear mounted gas tank my bosses best friend has one those are sweet but why use a hemi instead A 427 or 429 boss in that bad boy how much are those they are sweet no hoods but can u safely drive no hood with the dad mounted infront with a grill
It's only munny. Check ebay for prices, but they give a good bang for the buck. I wouldnt mind a John Kaase new Boss9, but with 557 cubes.
No reason to drive with a hood on in the first place. I cruised mine with no hood for a while after I added the 4bbl. You missed the annual 'American Graffiti' car cruise yesterday. Over 100 cars cruising downtown in honor of the movie. It's a car guy movie. While you were here, we coulda snagged up them Clevage heads.
Dang thanks for rubbing it in, im still searching but what other options are there for small big power diesels ie. 4bt is 600 hp
u know what i mean and how do u buikd an un breakable driveline cause all that torque will snap right i have my ranger with the 2.9L v6 atm but im still wanting one vehicle to haul *** on road and be able to do mild off roading and a few mud holes as a daily than my f250 is my trailer king off road diesel **** everyone up truck but i want my daily under 10k bucks to build my ranger cost me $650.00
The 4BT has been done in a few Rangers. I think there's even a 6BT ranger. Building the unbreakable driveline? No such thing. You can build it up so your engine wont break it, though. Big Ujoints, big shafts, and bigger/better yokes. How about buy an old corvette, and throw a soopercharger on it. That'll be plenty fast.
Weigh the pro & con of each combo. Then tack on the prices. Then, picture yourself building it & driving it when it's done.
