Recently my buddy picked up a 1985 F350 XL Single Cab Dually with a 460/4 Speed/D70. It was originally a silver/black Combination Two-Tone, but like many of the 80-86 silver trucks, the silver rusted out, so a few cans of black paint made it look less rusty. It's an XL, but it has the convenience and light groups, Electronic Clock that actually still works, and Amp/Oil pressure gauges. The seat in the truck is 100% original and looks absolutely amazing. I'm guessing it's always had a seat cover on it. The truck was originally from Canada. Unfortunately the thought didn't occur to me to take pictures of it since I was busy fixing the light switch on the truck, but my mom managed to snap one for me. I'll see if I can get more pics in the future.
I have been looking for a truck with this EXACT paint scheme! I want my 84 done with this. Moms 85 F250 and my great aunts 83 F350 both had it, I haven't seen a truck like them, since. I realize it's not all that special, but it's kind of nostalgic for me.
