this was my baby for several years, until it got totaled from being hit in the rear at a high rate of speed







I sold it to a guy in town, he's still running it

A Chebby van hit me at a red light. Hit me so hard the bed dented the cab halfway up the posts by the back window. after that, the top of the bed touched the cab.

 

Wow, it looked in good shape too.............

 

It was a sweetheart, I bought it from an old man who had it in his garage for 20 years. it had only 43,000 miles on it. It was a NEW 86. I miss it.

 

Snapped this pic while waiting for a light on my lunch break...these guys were cruisin'. This chassis cab looks to be still at work!

 

There's a late 1980-1981 F350 chassis cab that I keep seeing behind my college. Seen it about 7 times in the last two weeks. I need to snap a picture of it. Normally I don't care for chassis cabs, but lately I've really gotten into them, especially with flat beds. May pick one up some day when I move to Nebraska to use as a farm truck.

I can't let it overshadow my Ranger Lariat fetish though....

You can sort of catch the factory CB mic on the lower edge of the steering wheel.
