They were (optionally) factory-installed on Broncos, I have never seen one factory-installed in a pickup truck and am not even sure it was available on them.
If you take it, I'd also take any relays & wiring that go with it.

Ha! I agree. Some of these well optioned trucks I run across are nice, but I'm into the bare bones spartan Custom or Base/XL trucks. The look on peoples face when they get in my truck and notice there are no vents on the dash is priceless! Then I say do you want "heat" or "off"?
