I have never seen power mirrors on these, only on the 92 up's, If I had a picture, I could keep an eye out, there is a jy about 1.5 hrs from here that has nothing newer than 90, and it is 200 acres full. there's a lot of 80's trucks in there.
Let's just say the power swing lock mirrors are so rare I've never seen a truck with them equipped. Only seen evidence in the manuals.
I at least can say that I've seen the Fog lamps in person before.

I've only seen them once, and that was on a Bronco that came across Ebay. I believe I spoke with you about it because I wasn't sure if it was the factory setup.
I've never seen the factory power mirror option in person. But me and my buddy (and his wife) were cruising through the junkyard and found an '80 Lariat with the Factory fog light option. Everything was there except for the fog lights themselves. My buddy's wife thought we were nuts when we both ran around and jumped in the truck to find the bezel and switch still in it! Then giggling like school girls we grabbed the set of bezels with the switch and the matching clock too. Just how much are these bezels worth to the right person anyways?
The bezels aren't really worth much since they don't really serve much purpose without the fog light switch and the fog lights. I wouldn't expect much more than what a normal bezel would go for.
I didn't think they would bring any more than a regular bezel...it's just cool to catch some of these trucks with the options you really don't see too often.
I've always liked those pin striped trucks... I remember seeing those when they were still newer and in decent shape. It's bizarre to have seen those running around all nice and shiny when I was a little kid (I'm 26) now I see them all beat up in the junkyard sometimes.
There's on about 3 miles from me for sale. I had the wife stop by yesterday and ask how much. He told her it didn't run, the engine needed work, the whole truck needs a lot of work, and he wants $2800 for it. I'm not taking any pictures of it now. If it were under $1000, I might consider it.
There's a real clean one running around town here, it runs, has AC and everything...guy wants like $4000 for it though. Smokin the same stuff your guy is!
Yeah, I'd say so. My wife asked "Why did I want another one?", I told her I'd rob the parts for mine and sell the ones that I took off or didn't need. So, maybe she's on board with something like that for the right price. But, it would have to have things on it that I could use.
Keep looking. Years ago my dad found a parts truck, an '84 Supercab I believe, for like $500. I remember our old Dodge truck being towed away (makes me sad thinking about it...that truck did nothing but serve us well ), don't know if that was part of the deal or not...
No, it's not a Ranger Lariat. It's an 85-86 near as I can tell, Burlwood interior, looks like it had the upper black/chrome trim at some point, and 82-86 grille. She's quietly rotting away... which is sad.

I thought it was an 85-86 judging by the pinstriping but it was still hard to tell.
Was it involved in an engine fire or is the front clip severely rusted?
