yeah, it would be nice to get out, wish the last one stayed going. felt good to actual get out of the house and wear myself out shoveling white ****. should be back to at least temping somewhere in the next month depending on the wifes work schedule. wish hers was more regular and didn't change so damn often

I sold a body lift to someone. I kept telling them I didn't want to sell it to them because body lifts bring teh ghey and told him to read Fredrian's writeup and use grade brazillion hardware. I wonder if the guy ever put it on. I don't even remember who it was.

An inch might not be so bad. But I'd rather cut

Looking at the picture of your truck in your sig it looks like the front is sagging some. "Leveling" coils might not be a bad idea for it.

i like body lifts for a lot of reasons. i know they are looked down upon because of the hilljack crap where you see ******** using wood blocks, hockey pucks, and 8'' chunks of square tube to make them, and because in general they are cheap semi-hack work, but they have upsides when done properly. a few simple examples are things like underhood clearance, easier access to parts of the engine, and the ability to tuck your exhaust up extra high when using actual mufflers with large cases. i know i'm not going to convert anyone to the dark side, but i have no issues with a properly done b/l. and the way i see it about center of gravity, it keeps the majority of the weight in the chassis so it has never been an issue to me, maybe if i had a top heavy pig to start with i'd feel differently. who knows, i might hate it on the bronco because of the heavier top.
