Hey thanks guys, thanks Rob! Now I understand.

My dad has tried to explain to me but God bless him, he can't communicate to save his life. Brilliant man but don't ask him anything.

Seems like my dad's rig (Kenworth, 425 CAT, twin turbo, dual stacks) can lock up all 4?

I have a vid of my dad's rig. Let me see if I can dig it up

Here's my dad's babe. I think I like it more than he does. I still prefer the old square front designs but I do understand the sloped hoods are better for visibility reasons.

nice lookin T-800 your pops got there Dave.
i like the W-900 better.
we have one of each at the new job, and a Mack tandem dump.
the Mack has diff locks and interaxle diff lock, so if ya get into slick stuf, ya flip the switch and get power to all 4 rear drives.

Know what i hate? When some cack snuggler tries to steal my truck right from beside the house. I came home tonight to see that the 74 is a full truck length farther forward than i left it. Been there for over a month. So i go look it over and find a pop bottle of gas under the hood and gas in the carb. Little do they know the carb is full of mud and it doesnt run to begin with. I dumped the gas out and left the bottle under the hood. Also pulled the plug wires and dizzy. Ima wait up tonight and see what happens.

Thanks Tom! My dad sure likes that truck. I like it when he brings it home. I have a strange pride of these semi tractors. One of my dreams is to find an old 30's or 40's or 50's Semi and restore it. I saw one at a truck show.. Tom, it nearly made my heart stop. I thought it was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.

I thought it was really cool that the old semi's were the same size as the pickup trucks. Just an extra axle and big (small compared to today's standards in semi's) inline six engines.

Do you know who it might be? Is it possible to see if there are any footprints around your truck?

Do you have any baby powder?

Too bad you're not my neighbor. I'd help you keep watch. I'm scarey good with my Remington.

"It was self defense, officer. Honest. The headshot was purely a freak accident."

funny you should mention that Bill. my first "car" was a 49 international R-190 single axle tractor with a big azz 6 cylinder gas engine and a quad box.
it was smaller than my 88 superduty.
i would love to find one to restore.
