bearings and races. not one of you bastages mentioned that i needed to buy a new race at the same time as a new bearing. i've never messed with any bearings besides wheel bearing, and with those i've only replaced races when they were scored up. the new bearing only seats about 4/5's of the way in the old race and won't allow me to put the diff back in. i'm pissed that it's not back together, but i think i'm just going to say fork it and start over with a sterling like i planned cause chances are this axle will go ka-boom in 25 miles on the road without being set up properly after i've fubared it.
p.s. still hating on the diesel ricer phag neighbors. my buddy parked his hopped up 7.3 super duty at my house overnight cause he had me drop him off to go bang some skank, it's black with chrome trim. one of the diesel douchers buddies pulls up in basically the same truck just with a afro-ized 10'' orange line painted around the bottom of the truck, my guess is weak *** attempt at a harley s/d knockoff, and this assclown decides he must show his dominance by revving the **** out of his smoke machine. whoa, you win brah, rollin' coal is hella cool brah, arghhhhh i wanted to go make his face meet my trusty hammer. i hate people.
You never asked or I would have told you to replace the bearing and the race at the same time. You cheaped out with the off brand china crap and not a timkin set.

I'm confused?!
The "skank" is black with chrome trim?
