know what i hate right now????



plumbing and its ghey plastic fittings. the loo is out of commission for teh night. hardware store in the a.m.. ghey.

I hate Isuzu trucks that top out at 70 down hill with the wind pushing.

Yep. Sit right above the front axle.

In town its great. But 50 mph in D and the rest in OD. A good wind will net top speed of 50 up a little hill.

do you think it would work as a decent swap motor in a relatively stock fullsize????? thats what i always wanted to know. i figure they must have enough oomf to move a full box truck at speed, so they should be ok in a lighter more aerodynamic rig.
EDIT: just a thought, no specific intentions to use one on my part.

Actually IIRC GM used the non turbo version of that motor in some of their little trucks that were the predecessor to the S10
