I hate, tires that don't fit right..

Kinda hoped they would, but looks like a 2 inch lift might be enough..

Space the bumper out and trim the back a tiny bit?? Or they rubbing somewhere else?

Well they hit the back bottom of the fender at half turn, not too big of a deal, we all know how to fix that... the bumper, I'd just trim some more... BUT the inner fenderwell ar full turn where it meets the lower radiator support, and same on the back lower part of the lower fennder where the inner meets the cab/firewall

okay.. go do a burnout until about .25" of tread is gone.. then swap the back tires to the front.. winnar

just stack 3 hockey pucks between the body and the mounts. that will give you the required clearance.
